Welcome to the COMO Digital Life Change Management Procedure training program.

As a CSSF-supervised payment institution, we operate a formal Change Management Procedure V3.0 under DORA Art. 9(4)(e) and RTS (EU) 2024/1774 Art. 16-17, effective 10.07.2026, governing how every change to our ICT systems is proposed, assessed, approved, and deployed.
